Strange? Guess it depends what you dreamed. What’s that line from Real Genius…”Was it a dream where you see yourself dressed up in kind of sun god robes standing on top of a pyramid with all these nude women throwing little pickles at you?” If it was that…no, it wasn’t strange.

I was sliced open, from throat to belly, quickly, as though by Goethe’s surgeon. But I was standing, and in the place of blood and entrails, cheap stick-on Christmas bows fell out of me. There were about 100, in various shapes and sizes.
there was a hurricane coming towards us. i looked outside and it looked like a tornado, except about 5 or 10 miles in radius. i was excited yet dumbfounded by its size. i went inside to take cover, not worried, but prepared.

Dreamt I was on a road trip with my mom, and suddenly realized I didn’t know where we were going. She said, “don’t you remember? I’m taking you out to your program. You’re going to grad school in Texas.” I live in Philadelphia and am very much a coastal person; plus, my boyfriend/family/life is out here.
